Mrs. Emily Cook

Mrs. Cook is from Caldwell County and grew up in the k-8 atmosphere. She has been teaching at Happy Valley since 2015 and has loved every minute of it. Mrs. Cook has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Middle Grades Math and Science, and a Masters in Library Science. Mrs. Cook has moved into the position of Digital Learning Specialist for HVS. Mrs. Cook helps sponsor the Beta Club. Her hobbies are playing tennis, reading, and listening to Taylor Swift. Mrs. Cook and her husband love to attend App State Football games and travel. Her favorite football team is the Green Bay Packers. Mrs. Cook loves all of her students and hopes that she can be a great support to them while they attend Happy Valley.
